Important Rental Property Information
When you rent a property with Plasto & Company, you’ll need to fill out a Rental Application Form.
This application requires 100 points of identification so don’t forget to bring in your driver's license, passport, credit card or a bill in your name.
Tips for Tenants
Office hours
Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
Paying rent
Rent is paid two weeks in advance and can be paid into Plasto and Company bank account, Centrelink deductions or paid in person at the office.
Repairs
If your property needs urgent maintenance outside office hours, please contact our office on 02 6845 1222
or complete a Maintenance Request Form.
Vacating
When vacating a property, you’ll need to complete this
Vacating Notice. We recommend you read our
Vacating Checklist to ensure your property is ready for final inspection.
